Food habits change, a change that IFEMA accompanies with this initiative directed at the food to go industry. The fair, which will be held from October 18th to 20th, is aimed at restaurants and shops with delivery and take-away services, or players interested in this way to develop their business. It will be structured in four blocks:
– An exhibition, including food & drink Products (pre-cooked, processed, etc.), take away & delivery services (platforms, apps, vehicles…), kitchens equipment and vending solutions.
– KNOW HOW, a space for training and advice.
– FOOD TRENDS, an area to meet and present the innovations of the F2G market, including the “INNOVATION EAT2GO AWARDS”.
– STREET FOOD MARKET, with showcooking and demonstrations.
Synergies between food fairs. EAT2GO will coincide with VENDIBÉRICA, International Vending Fair and with FRUIT ATRACTION, the second largest fruit and vegetable fair in the world, which will bring together 1,500 exhibitors and 60,000 visitors. MEAT ATRACTION will complement the show.
