A major step forward for IFEMA’s digitization and technological innovation plan: IFEMA has signed an alliance with 5TONIC – an entity founded by Telefónica Research and Development and the IMDEA NETWORKS , with participation by Ericsson – for the creation in its premises of the first laboratory of R&D into 5G technology and its application to the tourist sector and the trade fair world. The advances will be shown in FITUR 2018.
